Regarding confirmation of Shipping Status
Domestic Shipping in Japan
The items in this order will be delivered via Sagawa Express.
You can confirm the shipping status on the individual tracking number page on the Sagawa Express website.

Shipments outside of Japan
The items in this order will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS). You can confirm the shipping status on the EMS individual tracking number page.

Changes to shipping destination/combining orders
We are currently not accepting changes to the shipping destination after the order is finalized.
Item shipments are done separately for each order number. If you wish to combine orders into one shipment, please contact customer support.
However, there may be cases where we cannot accommodate your request depending on the shipping status. We ask for your understanding.
In the case that delivery cannot be completed, the delivery company will leave a "Notice of Non-Delivery" in your post box.
Please confirm the "Notice of Non-Delivery and contact the delivery company according to the directions and let them know of your preferred redeliver time and date.
As a rule, the item can be picked up for "7 days" after it has arrived at the delivery service office.
The item will be returned to us in the case that the item is not delivered or picked up by the deadline for the following reasons.
