Delivery time and charges
A flat rate of 800 yen will be charged for delivery within Japan. (Revised from 5 October 2021).
Outside of Japan, the shipping fee will vary depending on the delivery area and weight.
Once you have added the items to your cart and entered your shipping address, the shipping cost will be displayed.

※Due to the global spread of the new coronavirus infection, some countries and regions, such as the Australia have temporarily suspended acceptance of international mail. (except for large deliveries)
Please note that there is a possibility of delays in deliveries due to the ongoing reduction in air traffic to various countries and regions.

Delivery time
Usually, shipments before 12pm on weekdays are dispatched on the same day.
Shipments after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day of your order.
Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
After dispatch, the number of days it takes for the goods to be delivered depends on the region.
(Orders placed after 21 September 2021 will be dispatched at the beginning of October, as stated on the product details page).

Please note that delivery may be significantly delayed during the year-end and New Year's holidays and on consecutive holidays.
Customs duties and taxes
Your order will be shipped from Japan.
Custom duties and value-added taxes may be charged, in which case the customer is responsible for payment.
If you don't pay the customs duty and the item is returned to Japan due to your refusal to receive it, it'll be cancelled and we'll not be able to ship it again.
If the items are held up at customs, or if you are required to pay customs duty, customs will contact you directly. Please follow the instructions to receive the item. Also, please note that we'll not contact you in this case.
